language-pack-kde-cs software package provides KDE translation meta package for language cs, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install language-pack-kde-cs
language-pack-kde-cs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the language-pack-kde-cs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep language-pack-kde-cs *
You will get with language-pack-kde-cs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
